Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "z999k", "we", "us", "our" refers to z999k and its operating entity, which owns and operates the z999k.bet platform and all associated gaming services.
• "Platform" refers to the z999k website accessible at z999k.bet, including all subpages, gaming products, mobile interfaces, and services provided therein.
• "Member", "you", "user" refers to any individual who has registered a z999k account and is using the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered user account created upon completing the z999k registration process.
• "Funds" refers to any Pakistani Rupees (PKR) deposited into, credited to, or held within a Member's z999k account balance.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or other non-cash incentives awarded to a Member's account by z999k under a promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus Fund must be bet on eligible games before it or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and documentation verification process that z999k requires Members to complete before processing withdrawals or as otherwise required.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or region from which access to, registration on, or use of the z999k Platform is restricted or not permitted.

Eligibility & Registration

Access to and use of the z999k Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during a Member's use of the Platform:

• Age Requirement: You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register and participate on z999k. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. z999k reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where this requirement is not met.
• Identity: You must register using your true, accurate, and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number. Registration under a false identity, pseudonym, or using another person's details is strictly prohibited.
• Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) z999k account only. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, CNIC number, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Pakistan Residency: z999k's platform and services are directed at eligible adult players. It is the Member's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the z999k Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering.
• Not a Politically Exposed Person: You confirm that you are not a politically exposed person (PEP) or a close associate of one, as defined under applicable financial compliance regulations.

Account Responsibilities

Once registered, each Member bears full responsibility for all activity conducted through their z999k account. The following obligations apply at all times:

• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. z999k strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Unauthorised Access: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify z999k support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. z999k cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where reasonable security precautions were not observed by the Member.
• Accuracy of Information: You are required to keep your account information current and accurate. Any change to your name, address, contact number, or payment details must be updated promptly through your account dashboard or by contacting support.
• Account Non-Transferability: z999k accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or otherwise deal in your account or any funds held within it to any third party.
• Member Conduct: You agree to use the z999k Platform in good faith, for personal entertainment purposes only, and in compliance with these Terms at all times.

Deposits & Payments

z999k accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment channels currently supported on the Platform:

• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• EasyPaisa (mobile wallet)
• HBL (Habib Bank Limited) — bank transfer
• UBL (United Bank Limited) — bank transfer
• Meezan Bank — bank transfer
• Debit Card (Visa / Mastercard issued by Pakistani banks)
• Direct Bank Transfer

All deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction on the deposit page within your account.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Deposits made using payment instruments belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
• Processing Times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to your z999k balance within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer and debit card deposits may take up to one (1) business day depending on the issuing bank.
• Deposit Limits: z999k operates responsible gaming deposit limits. You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account dashboard. z999k reserves the right to impose additional deposit limits on accounts at its discretion.
• Currency: All transactions on z999k are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). z999k does not accept foreign currency deposits.

Withdrawals

Members may request withdrawals of verified real-money funds (excluding uncleared Bonus Funds subject to wagering requirements) at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Completion: Withdrawal requests will only be processed after the Member has successfully completed z999k's KYC verification process. Unverified accounts may not withdraw funds.
• Minimum Withdrawal: Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified on the withdrawal page within your z999k account and vary by payment method.
• Withdrawal to Source: Withdrawals must, where possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit (e.g., a JazzCash deposit must be returned to the same JazzCash account). This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement.
• Processing Time: z999k aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Actual receipt of funds depends on the Member's bank or mobile wallet processing times and may take up to three (3) business days in some cases.
• Wagering Requirements: Any active Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• Right to Verify: z999k reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for high-value requests, as part of its ongoing AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and fraud prevention obligations.

Bonuses & Promotions

z999k periodically offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page:

• One Bonus Per Member: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each promotion.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, sports betting, and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Unused bonus credits and associated winnings will expire at the end of the stated validity period. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Abuse: z999k takes bonus abuse seriously. Actions including but not limited to placing low-risk or opposing bets to clear wagering requirements (commonly referred to as "matched betting" or "arbing"), exploiting system errors, or using automated betting strategies constitute bonus abuse and will result in the voiding of bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Modification: z999k reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modifications do not materially affect Members who have already opted into and commenced meeting the requirements of the promotion.

Gameplay Rules

The following general rules apply to all gaming activities conducted on the z999k Platform:

• Game Rules: Each game available on z999k (including but not limited to slots, live casino tables, cricket betting, Super Wheel, and Keno) is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface or on the relevant product page. It is the Member's responsibility to understand the rules of each game before placing a wager.
• Minimum and Maximum Wagers: Each game and betting market has defined minimum and maximum stake limits, which are clearly indicated within the game or betting interface.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical error, system fault, or disconnection during gameplay, z999k reserves the right to void the affected round or bet. Where a round has been completed and the result recorded in z999k's systems prior to the fault occurring, that result shall stand.
• Finality of Results: Game and betting results are determined by z999k's certified systems and/or the relevant game provider's server-side random number generator (RNG). Once a result has been recorded and settled, it is final and binding. z999k will not reverse settled results except in cases of verified technical error attributable to z999k.
• Sports Betting: Cricket and other sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic matches, or the ICC for international fixtures). z999k's settlement decisions are final.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the z999k Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Registering more than one account on the z999k Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorism financing, or other financially illicit purpose.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform, place wagers, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a software error are void.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker-style games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to circumvent deposit limits, self-exclusion restrictions, or other responsible gaming controls.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other IP-masking technology to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is not permitted.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at z999k staff or other members via any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the z999k Platform — including but not limited to the z999k name, logo, trademarks, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, databases, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of z999k or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any z999k content without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract source code from any z999k software.
• Using z999k's name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without written authorisation.
• Scraping, crawling, or automated data collection from any part of the z999k Platform.

Any unauthorised use of z999k's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, z999k's total liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by the Member into their z999k account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

z999k shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage.
• Losses arising from the Member's reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond z999k's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, government actions, or force majeure events.

z999k makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Account Suspension & Closure

z999k reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account, at its sole discretion, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• A self-exclusion or responsible gaming restriction applied at the Member's own request.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.

Where an account is closed due to a Member's breach of these Terms, z999k reserves the right to withhold any funds held in the account pending the outcome of an investigation. Funds confirmed as legitimately owned by the Member and free from any fraud or bonus abuse taint will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method following the conclusion of the investigation.

Responsible Gaming

Continued use of the z999k Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your account by contacting z999k support.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. z999k operates as an international online gaming platform and is subject to the regulatory framework of its licensing jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and z999k, the following process applies:

1. First Contact: The Member must first contact z999k support via live chat or by emailing [email protected], setting out the nature of the complaint in reasonable detail. z999k will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a resolution within 14 calendar days.
2. Escalation: If the Member is not satisfied with z999k's response, the matter may be escalated in writing to z999k's complaints team. z999k will conduct a further internal review and provide a final decision within 28 calendar days of the escalation.
3. Final Resolution: Where a Member remains dissatisfied following z999k's final decision, they may seek independent dispute resolution through an appropriate alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body. z999k will provide relevant contact details upon request.
